i like the way u write. somehow, even ur essays end up sounding poetic. guess its the fragmentation which u use to ur advantage. ur writing style is def more suited for poetry..

Hi Vignesh,
I was touched by a few things that you wrote in this entry. (For strict personal reasons, however). Every turn you take will move your life ahead in a different direction. My choice - work outside India to gain those skills that will become the foundations of a career, the milestones to success. Everyone has to do his part for his country. My focus is on engineering (not software engineering) - to the aid of all living beings - to make life better - better possibilities for businesses to grow - quality housing - public transport - social safety - interpersonal harmony - scientific farming - from basics to extreme engineering.
Lets face it - India does not give the option to gain knowledge or skills in these things for a graduate at the start of his career. I will be able to do these and other things that I dream of when I have a solid foundation to stand upon. This is my choice - the path I'm heading to. You must be remembering the kid you saw in me when classes began in 2004. I've several dreams. My brain has not been drained away. There is a technocrat that is growing within me.
I've never bashed anyone based on what they do. I salute the pillars of national defence. My father too was in defence. I know what it means.
But those who are working outside India miss the country more than many of its residents.
Whatever the heart cherishes, there its home will be.
